We understand plans can change. Here's our flexible policy for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

Cancellations

Free cancellation up to 12 hours before pickup time.

Late cancellations may incur a fee to cover costs already incurred.

Rescheduling

You can reschedule subject to availability via your dashboard or support.

Reschedules within 6 hours of pickup may be limited.

Refunds

Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.

Non-refundable: completed services that met the specified quality standards.
